    My wife and I stopped by this Big Boy for lunch today. This was a very good experience. Our server was Ricky. Ricky was professional and courteous. He was dressed for the job, no sagging pants, no untucked shirt. no negative attitude.  Ricky shirt was tucked in his pants. He was clean shaven and his hair was neatly braided. My wife and I truly enjoyed our lunch at this Big Boy.

    As soon as we walked in my kids commented on the smell. We waited for several minutes for a cook to finally let us know we could sit down wherever we wanted.
    The smell was like musty dirty carpet which was welcoming compared to the bathrooms stench. My hands were cleaner before going in there to wash them before the salad bar. I wish i had walked out then but had the mostly empty salad bar and my kids had their meal. I dont think i will ever be back.
    Unsanitary.

    First let me start by saying it was busy when we went. To be fair. Also I was not expecting great food. It's kind of just plain dinner style food right.
    I really think the waitress was trying. They just have a bunch of side work all the time. We were short silverware.  Took 5 minutes to get more after we were given our food. It was 20 minutes after we were done eating to get our bill
    The food was not good at all.
    The kids got hot chocolate.  One of them was slimy.  When she lifted to spoon it had brown goo hanging off it. Maybe from over heated milk?

    This place is going down hill fast!  Disgusting!
    Dirty tables for as far as the eyes can see.
    Bathroom is nasty. Feet stuck to the floor.
    Booths are broken.  Dirty! Dirty!
    What happened to this place?

    Updated as of 4-11-17
    Gluten for punishment. Just close the doors already.
    Never again!! Waited 15min. Before a server even came to the table. No sense of management anywhere. Sad

    Never again!  We waited 45 minutes for our food and then my husband's food was cold.  I wanted clam chowder, they had just run out, this was 7 pm on a Friday - what do you mean you ran out?! I'll never go to  this Big Boys again.
